Meet the Founding Partners of DWG:

DOUGLAS ALMEIDA

Electromechanical technician, Industrial Production Management Technologist, and MBA in Production and Services Engineering.

Douglas has worked for over 14 years in quality system management, process development, improvements and problem-solving, quality and metrology training, dimensional analysis, and calibrations with various measuring instruments. He contributed to the development of General Motors' first diesel engine project in Brazil, an experience that allowed him to have direct contact and responsibility with suppliers in Brazil, North America, Asia, and Europe. In addition, Douglas was involved in the entire implementation process of GM's ISO 9001.

WILLIAM DUARTE

Precision Mechanics Technician and Production Management Technologist. William has been working in the quality field for 15 years.

During this period, he worked directly in the automotive sector for 10 years. In his experience, he had the opportunity to work with quality system management, process and supplier development, problem-solving practices, and dimensional analysis. He also worked directly in instrumentation and metrology laboratories, where equipment calibrations and measurements were performed, as well as three-dimensional dimensional analysis. He also had the opportunity to work on the first diesel engine project for General Motors in Brazil.

GIDEOM VICENTE

Production Engineer, Electronics and Electrical Technician in Building, Industrial, and Maintenance.

Gideom has over 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in production in the painting, preparation, and polishing department. As a quality auditor for purchased parts, he has been involved in supplier quality management, coordination of third-party inspection and rework companies, and quality team management. He is also a quality analyst for finished products and functional problem-solving solutions. As a process analyst in the structural area of car bodies (Bodywork), he participated in the launch of the Onix Plus model at the Gravataí plant. He is an industrial manager and quality consultant in the elevator harness manufacturing field.
